Through this course, students will learn how to customize cannabis products to meet different consumer preferences through post-processing. The nucleation process is covered as well as a variety of distillation methods in this course, including winterization, fractional distillation, isolation, and sonication. Additionally, students will learn how to refine crude oil into products such as crystalline cannabinoids, absolutes, distillates, isolates and water-soluble concentrates, nanoemulsions, and hydrodynamic extractions.
